What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the q9bet platform at q9bet.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and q9bet (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the q9bet platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by q9bet, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, q9bet Original games (Mines Gold, Nine), promotions, bonuses, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and customer support. Use of any one of these services constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

q9bet reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, q9bet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review updated terms. Continued use of q9bet after the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use q9bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. q9bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where age cannot be verified.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing q9bet from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing q9bet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking the legal capacity to contract may not register or use q9bet.
• Own Account: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Using q9bet to facilitate gambling for another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether issued by q9bet or any other gaming platform or regulatory body to which q9bet adheres.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of q9bet and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming or betting on the platform.

q9bet performs age and identity verification as part of the account registration process and again at the point of first withdrawal. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned after verification of the depositor's identity. q9bet cooperates fully with any competent authority investigating underage gambling.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on q9bet at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

When registering your q9bet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. q9bet will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

• One Account Per Person: Duplicate accounts are detected through technical and manual review. All duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify q9bet support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: q9bet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, plus proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Mobile Number: Your registered mobile number will be used for transaction verification, including bKash and Nagad deposit confirmations. Ensure your registered number is active and in your possession.

q9bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the q9bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). q9bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. q9bet does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be reversed and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account or method used for deposits, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) measure and applies without exception.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, q9bet requires successful completion of KYC identity verification. Accounts that have not been fully verified will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balances remaining after wagering requirements are satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
• Suspected Fraud: q9bet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after a 30-day notice period. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied.

However, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays in Bangladesh, or when additional verification is required. 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

q9bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, the 200% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, cricket season specials (BPL, T20, IPL), and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). • Welcome Bonus: The 200% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated winnings.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other manipulative strategy — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account permanently closed.
• Promotion Changes: q9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific cap is stated, a default cap of 10x the bonus value applies.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on q9bet, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods in connection with your q9bet account is strictly prohibited.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market is prohibited. This includes chip dumping in poker, match-fixing related betting, and any other form of coordinated manipulation.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over q9bet or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes screen-scraping tools, odds calculators connected to live feeds without permission, and session automation tools.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on q9bet constitutes fraud. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the matter referred to the relevant payment provider.
• Disruptive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing q9bet support staff or other players via any communication channel — including live chat — is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to q9bet's systems, databases, game logic, or other players' accounts is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable cybercrime laws in Bangladesh.

q9bet employs ongoing monitoring of account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay behaviour to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this section will not be entitled to any funds held in their account at the time of closure, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

q9bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests submitted to q9bet support will be actioned within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, q9bet will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a short cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which their account will be suspended from all gaming and betting activity. Deposit functionality will be disabled during this period.
• Termination by q9bet: Where q9bet closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account that are directly attributable to the breach (e.g., fraudulent deposits, laundered funds) may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimately deposited real-money funds unconnected to the breach will be returned to the player.
• Deceased Players: In the event of a player's death, q9bet will work with the player's verified next-of-kin or estate executor to return the account balance. Appropriate documentation will be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q9bet, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the q9bet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or the cost of substitute services.

q9bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency technical procedures from time to time, during which the platform or parts of it may be temporarily unavailable. q9bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting any game or betting market, q9bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. No claim for winnings arising from a game malfunction will be accepted.
• Internet Connectivity: q9bet is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your internet connection dropping, device failure, power outage, or any other technical issue on your end during a game session or live bet.
• Third-Party Services: q9bet integrates third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and others). q9bet is not liable for outages, errors, or failures originating within third-party systems.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
